Do I need TrainingPeaks?
Yes, for now. Training Intel reads your plan and training data from TrainingPeaks — the free tier works fine, no paid subscription required.
What sports do you cover?
Triathlon, running, and cycling — swim, bike, run, or any single one of them on its own. Whatever's actually on your TrainingPeaks calendar is what gets read, and the briefing adjusts to match: a marathon or ultra runner gets judged against a running build, not against triathlon's swim/bike/run balance.
Do you support Strava or Garmin?
Not for the daily briefing yet — TrainingPeaks is required today. (If you've been asked to contribute training history to help build this, that's a separate program that does accept Strava and Garmin exports.)
Is there a coach dashboard?
Coming, not yet available. If you coach endurance athletes and want early access when it's ready, reach out at support@trainingintel.app.
What happens to my data?
Read-only access to your training data. Never sold, never shared. Email us anytime to have it deleted.
What does it cost?
Free during beta. No credit card required to get started.
How do I get the most out of it?
Leave a quick note on your workouts in TrainingPeaks — how it felt, what happened. Training Intel reads those notes, and they make the briefing sharper.
What makes this different from Garmin Coach or TriDot?
Those tell you what to do next. Training Intel tells you where you actually stand against the plan you already have — a gap check, not a plan generator.
